Each Cottage has a kitchenette unit with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, full size coffee maker, kitchen table, all kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.) are included. The Cottages include sheets, blankets, towels.
In each cottage there is a double bed, and one bunk bed. Up to two rollaway beds are available to accommodate up to 6 people per cottage.
12 and over are consider adults.
Our Housekeeping staff does not service the cottages during your stay; however, fresh towels are available upon request.
The Cottages are equipped with kitchenettes including utensils and dish ware, a private bath with tub, shower and dressing room, one double bed and one bunk bed, linens, towels, electric heat and a studio type living area.
The Tobin Harbor cottages are in close proximity to the Suzy’s Cave, Three Mile, Mt. Franklin trail head.
The Cottages are prefect for sharing with large families, families with children, as well as those with food allergies.
If you are planning on staying in the cottages, you are welcome to bring a cooler of food on the the three ferry transportation lines (fees may apply, please contact the transportation line you are arriving/departing on).
The Housekeeping Cottage are equipped with a coffee maker and coffee filters; however, coffee, coffee creamer, and sugar is not provided.
The Dockside Store does sell coffee, creamer, and sugar.
Condiments such as salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc. are not provided in the Housekeeping Cottages.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:30 AM.
We will try out best to accommodate early check-in; please visit the lodge office upon arrival to check on your room.
Our bellhop will pick up your luggage at the ferry dock upon arrival and secure your luggage until your room is ready.
If you are arriving earlier than check-in time you may want to bring, wear or pack a carry on separately to the island as you will not have access to your luggage for a few hours.
We can hold carry on luggage in the office until your room is ready, if you would like to enjoy a hike or a sightseeing tour between arrival and check-in.
Please note that the while the Housekeeping Cottages are available for booking starting May 28th, the Lodge, including both restaurants, and sightseeing tours will not begin operation until June 8th, 2021. Rates are subject to change with the prior approval of the National Park Service, Department of Interior.
To guarantee a reservation for a lakeside lodge room, or housekeeping cottage, you will be required to make a deposit of the amount of the rate of the first night’s stay. If you cancel your reservation at any time you forfeit 10% of your deposit, if you cancel 5 days or less prior to your arrival date, then you forfeit the entire deposit. If you need to change (lengthen, shorter, move to different dates), as long as we have availability to do so, there is no fee for that.
